Do I need a prescription to buy a ResMed CPAP machine?
Yes. CPAP and BiPAP machines are sold by prescription in the United States, so you need a valid prescription from your doctor. Replacement cushions and headgear do not need one.
How do I send my prescription?
Email a copy of your prescription to info@orderyoursupplies.com when you place your order, and include your order number so we can match it. If you are not sure whether your prescription covers the machine you want, call us at 307-423-0000.
What is the difference between new and certified refurbished?
A new machine is unused and comes with a 2-year warranty. A refurbished machine has been used before, then inspected and tested, and comes with a 1-year warranty. Refurbished machines cost less than new ones; the price table on this page shows both.
What comes in the box with a ResMed CPAP machine?
The AirSense 11 AutoSet comes with the machine and its built-in HumidAir humidifier and water chamber, the tubing you choose at checkout (SlimLine or heated ClimateLine), the power supply, an air filter, a travel bag and the manual. A mask is not included, so order one separately. Contents differ by model and are listed on each product page.
Should I buy the AirSense 10 or the AirSense 11?
Both are auto-adjusting machines with a built-in heated humidifier, and both work with the myAir app. The AirSense 11 is the newer model, with a touchscreen and Bluetooth. The AirSense 10 sends data through a built-in cellular modem and an SD card. Our AirSense 11 vs AirSense 10 guide compares them in detail.
Can I return a CPAP machine?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and still in its sealed original packaging. A machine that has been used cannot be returned. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit instead. Email returns@orderyoursupplies.com to start a return. If a machine arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Do you provide a receipt I can submit to insurance?
Yes. We sell most products as cash-pay purchases. After you order, ask us for an insurance-ready receipt showing the item description, cost and HCPCS code. You can submit it to your insurer to ask about out-of-network or self-purchase reimbursement, if your plan allows it.
