New or refurbished

A refurbished concentrator has been used before, then tested, cleaned and sanitized, and it comes with a 1-year warranty. A new Inogen One G5 comes with a 2-year warranty. The warranty for each model is on its product page.

Pulse dose or continuous flow

Pulse dose delivers oxygen when you inhale. Continuous flow delivers it at a steady rate. Your prescription says which one you need. The Philips Respironics SimplyGo offers both: continuous flow from 0.5 to 2 liters per minute and pulse dose settings 1 to 6. The Inogen, OxyGo, SimplyGo Mini and Rhythm P2 units are pulse dose.

FAQs

Do I need a prescription to buy a portable oxygen concentrator?
Yes. Oxygen concentrators are sold by prescription, and your prescription states the flow setting you need. Email it to info@orderyoursupplies.com when you place your order. Replacement batteries do not need a prescription.
How much does a portable oxygen concentrator cost?
On this page prices run from $788 for a refurbished Philips Respironics SimplyGo Mini to $2,495 for a new Rhythm P2. A new Inogen One G5 starts at $1,699 and a refurbished one at $1,099. Prices were checked in October 2026; each listing shows the current price.
What is the difference between a new and a refurbished concentrator?
A refurbished concentrator has been used before, then tested, cleaned and sanitized, and it comes with a 1-year warranty. Its battery has also been used, so runtime can be shorter than the published figure for a new unit. A new Inogen One G5 comes with a 2-year warranty.
Can I take a portable oxygen concentrator on a plane?
The models on this page are listed by their manufacturers as accepted by the FAA for use on board. Airlines set their own rules on batteries and paperwork, so confirm with your airline before you fly.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the model, the battery size and your flow setting. Published figures for new units: the Inogen One G5 runs up to 6.5 hours on a single battery and up to 13 hours on a double battery at setting 1, the SimplyGo Mini up to 4.5 hours on its standard battery at setting 2, and the Rhythm P2 up to 5 hours at setting 1. Higher settings and older batteries shorten runtime.
Can I return a portable oxygen concentrator?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and still in its sealed original packaging. A concentrator that has been used cannot be returned. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit instead. Email returns@orderyoursupplies.com to start a return. If a unit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
