How often should I replace CPAP headgear?

About every six months, or sooner if it has stretched. If you have to tighten the straps further than when the mask was new, it is time.

Can I use headgear from a different mask?

No. Headgear is shaped and clipped for one mask model. Order the headgear that names your mask.

Does AirFit F20 headgear fit the AirTouch F20?

Yes. The AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 share the same frame and headgear. The same is true of the AirFit N20 and AirTouch N20.

How do I wash CPAP headgear?

By hand, in warm water with mild soap. Rinse it and let it air dry away from direct heat.

Do I need a prescription for these?

No. Replacement parts and supplies ship without a prescription. Only complete masks, CPAP and BiPAP machines and oxygen concentrators need one.

Can I return a part if it is the wrong one?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and still in its sealed original packaging. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit. Email returns@orderyoursupplies.com to start a return.
