Does this machine include a humidifier?

How often should I replace the filters, hose, and water chamber?
Replace air filters monthly, the hose every 3 months, and the water chamber every 6 months. Replace mask cushions monthly and headgear/frames quarterly to maintain a proper seal and comfortable fit.
