Do I need a prescription to buy a CPAP mask?
Yes. Every complete CPAP mask is sold by prescription. Place your order, then email a copy of your prescription to info@orderyoursupplies.com and include your order number so we can match it. Replacement cushions, headgear and mask kits sold without headgear do not need a prescription.
Which type of CPAP mask should I choose?
Full face masks cover your nose and mouth, nasal masks cover your nose, and nasal pillow masks rest at your nostrils. If you breathe through your mouth at night, start with a full face mask. If you want as little as possible on your face, look at nasal pillows. The Mask Finder suggests masks based on how you sleep.
Will a CPAP mask work with my machine?
Most CPAP masks connect to standard CPAP tubing, so they work with machines from ResMed, Philips Respironics and other brands. The ResMed AirMini is the exception: it needs an AirMini-compatible mask, listed under AirMini masks.
How do I choose a mask size?
Each mask has its own sizing guide from the manufacturer, so sizes do not carry over between models. If you are between sizes or buying a mask for the first time, a fit pack includes more than one cushion size so you can find the one that seals.
How often should I replace the cushion and headgear?
Cushions wear out first. We suggest a new cushion every month, a new frame every three months and new headgear every six months. Replace a cushion sooner if it leaks or looks worn. Replacements are under cushions and pillows.
Can I return a CPAP mask?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and still in its sealed original packaging. A mask that has been opened or worn cannot be returned. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit instead. Email returns@orderyoursupplies.com to start a return.
