CPAP mask fit packs are complete masks packed with more than one cushion size. You try the sizes at home, keep the one that seals, and reorder only that cushion later. ResMed calls some of them starter packs.

How a CPAP mask fit pack works

Mask sizes do not carry over between models, so guessing from a sizing chart is the main reason first masks leak. A fit pack removes the guess.

Nothing important. Manufacturers use both names for a complete mask packed with more than one cushion size.

What do I buy once I know my size?

Only the replacement cushion or nasal pillows in that size. They are listed under cushions and pillows and do not need a prescription.

Do I need a prescription to buy one of these masks?

Yes. Every complete CPAP mask is sold by prescription. Place your order, then email a copy of your prescription to info@orderyoursupplies.com and include your order number so we can match it. Replacement cushions, headgear and mask kits sold without headgear do not need a prescription.

Can I return a mask if it does not fit?

Only if it is unused. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when the mask is still in its sealed original packaging; a mask that has been opened or worn cannot be returned. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit. If you are between sizes, a fit pack includes more than one cushion size.
