Reducing skin irritation

Wash the cushion every day to remove skin oil, and let it dry before you use it. Tighten the headgear only until the leak stops, because overtightening causes most red marks. Replace the cushion when it softens or changes color.

Only if it is unused. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when the mask is still in its sealed original packaging; a mask that has been opened or worn cannot be returned. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit. If you are between sizes, a fit pack includes more than one cushion size.
