Insurance, Medicare & Prescriptions
We are a cash-pay supplier. We do not bill insurance or Medicare, so there is no pre-authorisation to wait on and no plan details for us to check. You pay the listed price directly, and HSA and FSA cards work at checkout.
Do You Accept Insurance or Medicare?
No. We do not bill insurance companies and we do not bill Medicare. Every price on this site is the cash price you pay.
Some plans reimburse out-of-network purchases. Whether yours does is between you and your insurer, so check with them before ordering. If you need order documentation to support a claim, contact us and we will help with what we can provide.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout. CPAP equipment is commonly an eligible expense, but your plan administrator has the final say on that, not us.
What Does CPAP Cost Without Insurance?
Prices are published on every product page. You do not need to request a quote or call to find out a number.
| What you need | Starting price |
|---|---|
| CPAP machine (new) | from $699 |
| BiPAP machine (refurbished) | from $779 |
| BiPAP machine (new) | from $1,209 |
| Portable oxygen concentrator (refurbished) | from $995 |
| CPAP mask | from $60 |
| Cushions and headgear | from $18 |
| Chin straps | from $7.99 |
| Filters | from $3 |
For replacement supplies in particular, a cash purchase often costs less than meeting an annual deductible. Worth running your own numbers before assuming coverage is the cheaper route.
What Needs a Prescription?
Machines do. CPAP machines, BiPAP machines and portable oxygen concentrators are prescription devices. We need a valid prescription before we can ship one.
Replacement supplies generally do not. Filters, tubing, water chambers, cushions, headgear, chin straps and SD cards are accessories. You can order those without sending us any paperwork.
We also stock a selection of mask kits available without a prescription. If you are not sure which category an item falls into, check the product page or call us on 307-423-0000.
How Do I Send My Prescription?
Email it to info@orderyoursupplies.com. There is more detail on our FAQ page.
We cannot write prescriptions, and we cannot advise on your pressure settings or therapy plan. That is your doctor's or sleep clinician's role.
