Questions & answers
How often should I replace the HumidX cartridge?
Every 30 days after you open the pouch, even with light use. The material loses its effect once it is exposed to air.
What is the difference between HumidX and HumidX Plus?
HumidX is for normal conditions. HumidX Plus adds more humidification for dry climates and air travel.
Does the AirMini use the same filters as the AirSense?
No. The AirMini uses its own smaller filters. AirSense 10 and AirSense 11 filters will not fit.
Which masks work with the AirMini?
The AirFit P10 for AirMini and the AirFit N30 for AirMini connect directly. AirFit and AirTouch N20 masks and F20 and F30 full face masks connect with the matching AirMini connector or setup pack on this page.
Do I need a prescription to buy AirMini supplies?
No. Filters, HumidX cartridges, tubing and connectors ship without a prescription. Only the machine and complete masks need one.
Can I return a part if it is the wrong one?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and still in its sealed original packaging. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit. Email returns@orderyoursupplies.com to start a return.
