Every month. A worn cushion is the most common cause of leaks and pressure marks.
Are F30 and F30i cushions interchangeable?
No. The two masks use different cushion connections. Check the model name printed on your frame before you order.
What is the difference between the AirFit F30 and F30i?
The F30 tube connects at the front of the mask. The F30i tube connects at the top of the head, which keeps the hose out of the way when you change position.
What sizes do the cushions come in?
Small, medium and wide options, depending on the mask. Match the size printed on your current cushion.
Do I need a prescription to buy AirFit F30 parts?
No. Cushions, headgear and other replacement parts ship without a prescription. Only a complete mask with headgear needs one.
Can I return a part if it is the wrong one?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and still in its sealed original packaging. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit. Email returns@orderyoursupplies.com to start a return.
