Description

This is the genuine ResMed Swift LT frame system with Medium dual-wall nasal pillows (ResMed 60583). It is for people who already use a Swift LT or Swift LT for Her nasal pillows mask and want to refresh it while keeping their headgear.

The frame system includes the frame, Medium pillows, short tube assembly and headgear buckles. Worn pillows can leak and get noisy, and a new frame system restores the seal. ResMed's Swift LT has a 360-degree swivel, so you can sleep on your side or back.

Fits: ResMed Swift LT and Swift LT for Her nasal pillows masks, which use the same frame system (60582 to 60585). Use it with your Swift LT headgear (60578) or Swift LT for Her headgear (60595).
Does not fit: Swift FX, which uses a different ResMed frame system (61510 to 61513) and headgear (61529). ResMed says the Swift LT is not for use with AutoSet CS 2 or VPAP Adapt SV machines.

Size: Medium (60583) is the size on this page. ResMed also makes Extra Small (60585), Small (60582) and Large (60584). Order the size you use now. If your pillows leak or feel uncomfortable, ResMed says to talk to your clinician.

When to replace: ResMed recommends new nasal pillows every month and a mask without headgear every 3 months.

Care: after each use, hand wash the separated parts (not the headgear) in warm water with mild soap. Rinse with drinking-quality water and air dry out of direct sunlight. Don't use bleach, alcohol or scented oils.

Does it fit Swift FX headgear?
No. The Swift FX uses different ResMed parts. Use this frame system with Swift LT headgear (60578) or Swift LT for Her headgear (60595).
