Which mask systems are these pillows compatible with?

These replacement nasal pillows are compatible with the ResMed AirFit P30i and AirFit N30i CPAP mask systems. They are not designed for other ResMed mask families.

How do I know which size to order?

ResMed includes a sizing gauge with the original P30i mask kit. If you no longer have it, a general guide: Small fits narrower nostrils, Medium fits most average users, and Large fits wider nostrils. When in doubt, Medium is the most commonly ordered size.

How often should I replace the nasal pillows?

ResMed recommends replacing nasal pillows every 3–6 months. Replace sooner if you notice the cushion feels stiff, loses its shape, or your mask begins leaking more than usual.

Can I wash these nasal pillows?

Yes. Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry completely before reattaching. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners or machine wash, as these can degrade the silicone over time.
