Description

The Philips Respironics ComfortGel Blue is a complete nasal CPAP mask with headgear, sold here in Petite and Medium. It is for users over 66 lb (30 kg) on CPAP or bi-level therapy who want a traditional nasal mask with a soft gel cushion and an adjustable forehead support.

The blue gel cushion is designed to conform to your face, and a thin silicone Comfort Flap over it improves the seal. The StabilitySelector forehead support raises and lowers to set the mask angle, and a premium forehead pad improves comfort and fit. Angled exhalation ports keep it quiet and direct air away from your bed partner.

Fits: CPAP and bi-level machines. On a Philips System One machine, the mask resistance setting is X1 (your provider sets this).

Sizes: Philips makes the ComfortGel Blue in Petite, Small, Medium and Large. This listing carries Petite and Medium. If your current ComfortGel Blue fits well, order the same size. Philips also makes a ComfortGel Blue sizing gauge (1012040) that your provider can use to check your size.

Replacement: Replace the cushion, or any part, if it shows cracking, crazing or tears. Philips sells the gel cushion with flap separately (Petite 1070108, Medium 1070106).

Care: hand wash the mask daily and the headgear weekly. You don't need to take the headgear off for daily cleaning. Air dry out of direct sunlight and don't put the headgear in a dryer. Don't use bleach, alcohol, or cleaners with conditioners or moisturizers.

If you already use a ComfortGel Blue, order the same size. Philips makes four sizes (Petite, Small, Medium and Large) and a sizing gauge (1012040) your provider can use to check your fit; this listing carries Petite and Medium.
What comes in the box?
