A full face mask has to seal over the beard, so expect to spend a few nights adjusting the fit. Keep the hair trimmed where the cushion sits, and tighten the headgear only until the leak stops.

Keeping the seal

Wash the cushion every day so skin oil does not build up on it, and replace the cushion when it softens or starts to leak. A worn cushion leaks sooner over facial hair than on bare skin.

Can I return a mask if it does not fit?

Only if it is unused. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when the mask is still in its sealed original packaging; a mask that has been opened or worn cannot be returned. Approved returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or you can take store credit. If you are between sizes, a fit pack includes more than one cushion size.
